Refund policy
We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, YOUSTRIVE accepts returns under the following conditions:

Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

Sale items, personalized products, and intimate goods are final sale and cannot be returned.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified via email. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges: If you need a different size or replacement, please reach out to our support team. We’ll be happy to assist with the exchange process.
